I just signed the petition with Andy McNab: “Give a home to SAS hero Bob.” Please sign it too: it will take you less than a minute, but Bob has put his life on the line for his country time and time again. Here’s the link:
Bob was one of the first men into the building when our elite forces stormed the Iranian Embassy during the infamous terrorist siege of 1980. He served in the Falklands and worked as a close protection officer for Princess Diana.
Now the former ex SAS sergeant is homeless, and he needs your help. After his small business failed this proud veteran lost his home and his way. He is not getting the help he needs from the authorities.
Instead he is reliant on handouts from the SAS Regimental Association who are paying for him to live in a B&B.
Please sign the petition today to urge Herefordshire County Council to find suitable, permanent accommodation for Bob, a hero who has repeatedly put his life on the line for his country.
Thanks in advance - Bill Fairclough (Faire Sans Dire & The Burlington Files)
